Survey Prize Draw

Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to Bright Network members only, who are logged in when using the Bright Network website.
2. Employees, customers, partners or agencies of Bright Network, or their family members, or anyone else connected with Bright Network may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and are eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the website research survey.  No purchase is necessary and the survey and Prize Draw are free to enter.  
5. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please contact us with “Website survey” in the subject line.
6. Only one entry per person, per month. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
7. Bright Network accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry will not be considered as proof of receipt.
8. The closing date of the Prize Draw is the 10th of each month (e.g. December entries will be included on draw ending 10th January). Entries received outside this time period will not be considered for that month’s Draw.  A new Prize Draw period will begin on the 11th of that month if the survey is still live on Bright Network’s website. 
9. One winner will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  As judge, Bright Network’s selection is final.   
10. The draw and winner announcement for each month will take place between the 10th and 20th of each month. 
11. The winner in each month will receive a Macbook Air. Bright Network retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for other prizes.
13. The winner will be notified by email, at which point Bright Network will also request postal address details in order for the Macbook Air prize to be sent to the winner.  The winner must provide postal address details within one month of being notified.  
14. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Bright Network shall be entitled to select another winner.
15. The name and country of the winner can be obtained after each month’s draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Bright Network, 5th floor, 80 Middlesex St, Spitalfields, London E1 7EZ. 
16. Bright Network shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy (https://www.brightnetwork.co.uk/privacy-policy/), and in accordance with data protection legislation.  By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in point 15 above.
17. Bright Network accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Bright Network further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.  
18. Bright Network reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice.
19. The decision of Bright Network in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
20. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. The Prize draw is run by Bright Network, 5th floor, 80 Middlesex St, Spitalfields, London E1 7EZ.
22. Multiple survey completions will only create one prize draw entry, and multiple accounts for the same person will only create one entry. Multiple user accounts being created for the same person will result in disqualification from the prize draw.
