Ofcom is the independent regulator for the communications services that we use and rely on daily, making communications work for everyone. We oversee and advise on:
- TV and Radio
- Broadband, home phone and mobile services
- The airwaves over which other wireless devices operate
- The universal Postal Service
We provide advice and information to thousands of people each year; register complaints from people and businesses; and take action against firms when they let their customers down. That’s how we also help to make sure people, especially those that are vulnerable, are protected from bad practices.
