Adam | Life as an Account Executive at Quadmark

Book open Reading time: 1 min

Adam is an Account Executive on the Google EMEA account, having studied Digital and Multimedia marketing at Leeds Beckett University. Find out more about his role at Quadmark below.

What has been the single most important thing you learnt so far in your job?

That asking for guidance, or a "how-to" is never a negative, just an opportunity to learn & grow being realised and actioned on. In some previous companies, I've felt like an inconvenience or even embarrassed to ask for the help I needed to ensure I understood things 100%, but since joining Quadmark, being here has taught me to embrace my areas of lesser expertise and treat everything that I have to ask for help on as an opportunity to better myself.

What is the culture like?

I get a very team-based vibe when thinking of the QM culture. There hasn't been one point where I've felt I had no one I could turn to, to get advice or to talk something through. Be that to someone in my own team or someone, quite literally oceans away in another timezone, working in an entirely different business area to me, I have never felt like there are any closed doors here at Quadmark.

Any tips for anyone who’d like to apply for a role at Quadmark?

Just throw your full personality into it! Everyone here is unique and brings something only they can bring, it's what makes working here so great.
