Meet Cara Silvestro, Associate Consultant and member of the Intelligent Industry team at Capgemini Invent.
As a member of the Accelerate Programme, the first stage of the programme that you will encounter is called The Institute. It was a hugely beneficial stage for me as I was able to work on internal projects that helped to develop my core consulting skills and my confidence in a feedback-rich environment before working directly with clients.
Since then, I have started my first role with an external client where I have used the research skills I learnt at The Institute to conduct a detailed market scan to understand the challenges in their industry.
I continue to support the Institute community by working as a Training Lead, allowing me to pass on all the valuable knowledge I was taught to next generation of Accelerators!
