Job description

This is a new opportunity to join our Special Products’ Underwriting Team based in Cardiff Bay. This role allows you to work with a dynamic, friendly and experienced team of underwriters in a supportive, administrative role. The main tasks will include:

  • Managing email correspondence with key stakeholders
  • Inputting insurance applications on system for review by our underwriters
  • Ensuring correct processes and procedures are followed from an administrative perspective
  • Filing of documentation on our internal systems for audit purposes
  • Ordering credit agency reports

We are looking for someone who is

  • a highly organised individual with an eye for detail
  • a proactive approach to the role and the ability to work independently
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • basic knowledge of MS office applications and data entry
  • fluent in written and spoken English

Requirements

You will need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to focus on several tasks at one time is a key requirement. The successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive approach.
