An average day as a Marketing Executive

  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with brands to comprehend marketing objectives and assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Execute marketing plans in line with brand guidelines, ensuring effective use of available resources and channels.
  • Product Placements: Coordinate and manage product placement activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer interest.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote offers, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Social Media Marketing: Drive social media initiatives by creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and analysing performance metrics.
  • Google Marketing: Develop and manage Google marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) ads and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign results, generate reports, and propose optimizations to achieve better outcomes.
  • Budget Management: Work within assigned budgets for marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar practical experience.
  • A team player with a 'can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, practices, and digital marketing trends.
  • Someone self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in their approach
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing ideas.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • The ability to work well under pressure, managing competing projects simultaneously
  • Interest in producing a wide range of marketing communication materials across different marketing channels
  • Interested in digital and social media marketing
  • Interested in SEO and Paid search/ display
  • Knowledge of working with external agencies – briefing and managing creative suppliers (preferable but not required)
  • Excellent communication, copywriting skills, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of analytical skills to be able to evaluate marketing data and measure campaign success.
  • Experience working with brand guidelines – reviewing creative, copy, and concepts (preferable but not required).
