The Lens is a podcast that brings together different generational perspectives, encouraging participants to debate, engage and challenge each other to work out what responsible business means both now and in the future. It is a podcast by Business in the Community, powered by Fujitsu and supported by McCann.
The Lens is currently recruiting for student contributors to be paired with current business leaders for future episodes of the podcast. Topic areas vary, but examples of previous topics include:
- How big companies can support small to become more resilient and the business case for doing this
- The extent to which UK companies are currently prepared for extreme weather challenges
- What resilience means on a personal level for leaders
- Personal lessons from merging two cultures and how to align them
Recording sessions typically take between 1.5 and 2 hours in a recording studio based near Russell Square. All contributors will be briefed via phone call prior to the recording session.
