What is your favourite thing about working for Ford?
The wide range of opportunities available to you as an employee. Also the vast amount of skills and first hand experience available once joining the company. The company also allows a lot of autonomy with workload, it has been an amazing journey so far.
What has been the biggest surprise?
The biggest surprise has been my development within the 4 months I have been within the company and how much I have been able to personally develop. You are exposed to many hands-on challenges from your first day and it is a rarity to get that from an organisation.
What makes Ford different?
Ford is a very competitive company especially when it comes to salary with graduates. You are very well compensated for the work you do and the company invest into your development. The experience is like no other and there are always opportunities to progress and develop within your career.
What are your top tips for graduates applying for the Ford Pro graduate scheme?
My top tips would be to really try to understand the Ford culture and understand what you could bring to the team. I would also say to be yourself and really show your skills and experiences that would apply to the position you are applying for.
