At Quadmark, our values are at the heart of our culture. They shape how we work and interact with each other every day.

Rachael King MCIPD, the Head of People & Culture at Quadmark, shares what one of our values, caring, means for Quadmark

At Quadmark, we care about the outcome of what we do and always try to go the extra mile to make a difference. Within my People & Culture team, caring is at the core of how we support each other and other Quadmarkers through their career journeys and different life stages.

The pandemic has been tough in all sorts of ways, which has made our focus on wellbeing even more important. Here are some of the things we have been doing recently to build on our culture of caring:

  • We’ve given the team a few ‘'Quadmark holidays' to say thank you and to give everyone a day to be kind to themselves.
  • As part of our ongoing DEI journey, we have been learning about allyship and inclusive behaviours and how we can be better allies to each other.
  • We focus on our wellbeing by sharing tips with each other, encouraging walks, hosting wellbeing activities like life drawing, and virtual team-building events.

To sum it up, at Quadmark we support each other, care for each other and have a lot of fun together.
