Our UK offices are based in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds with our UK team consisting of over 100 experienced and ambitious corporate finance professionals.
We also have longstanding relationships with M&A firms around the globe; including the US and Asia; helping us to provide clients with a unique insight into international opportunities.
10 integrated international sector teams, as well as our debt advisory, private equity, financial modelling and special situation specialists, provide in-depth knowledge and industry experience to every project. Each sector is supported by an international research and origination team who provide our clients with insights into strategic opportunities.
