Enterprise Mobility started life as a small business in 1957. Still family-owned, it's grown to be the largest global mobility provider in the world, with 9,500+ branches globally, an annual turnover of $38 billion and the biggest rental vehicle fleet on the planet.

Nowhere is this philosophy better illustrated than in our approach to graduate careers. When people join us as summer interns, on a one year industrial placement or on our award-winning Management Training Programme, we empower them to start contributing right from the word go. It helps that we are divided up into smaller, local branches, so our graduates gain the skills and experience needed to run their own business in as little as two years.

Enterprise Mobility is also still family-owned – our CEO Chrissy Taylor is the third generation of the Taylor family to run the company. This allows us to look forward even more confidently to the future, providing the stability we need to pursue the long-term good for our business, our employees and our customers.
