Hargreaves Lansdown offer a two-year rotational graduate scheme that allows successful candidates to work in up to eight different business areas before deciding where they would like to focus their efforts full time. Graduates could find themselves working on many things, from running a marketing campaign to setting our business strategy or conducting share research for our fund managers.

The programme focuses on developing people, which means that no two graduates will follow the same path. They will ask for graduates’ interests and ambitions and tailor their rotations to match these, reaching out to managers from around the business for opportunities to challenge and develop their skillset.
