Graduate Programme
Our graduate programme starts each July and gives you the opportunity to make an impact from day one. You'll work on meaningful projects, learn from experienced colleagues, and develop the skills needed to build a long-term career. As part of our super-connector bank, you'll gain exposure to different markets, teams and perspectives while growing your professional network and exploring where your strengths can take you.

Summer Internship
Starting each June, our summer internships offer an opportunity to experience life at Standard Chartered and are a key pathway into our graduate programme. Over two months, you'll work on real business challenges, develop valuable skills through a blend of on-the-job learning and structured training, collaborate with fellow interns on a high-profile project, and gain insights from senior leaders across the bank.

Insight Programme and Virtual Work Experience
For first-year students (or second-year students on a four-year degree programme), our Insight Programme provides an early introduction to the banking industry and a chance to explore different career paths.

We also offer virtual work experience programmes that allow you to experience some of our roles and build practical skills at your own pace. For example, you can currently explore what it's like to work as a Credit Analyst through our online job simulation experience.
