Diverse talent is currently underrepresented in our industry with only 25% of equity partners at PwC being women. Although 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were women, there’s still work to be done.

Join PwC’s ‘Inspiring Women into Audit’ virtual event series, running from 23 September to 15 October 2026, hosted by Bright Network. Open to all, this exclusive series is designed to support students and recent graduates interested in PwC’s early career opportunities in audit and provide an inside look at what a career in audit entails.

What can I expect?

The events will consist of three interactive Zoom sessions, where you’ll get the chance to hear directly from PwC recruiters and audit professionals, gain valuable insights into the firm and its work, and learn about the selection process. The subject of your degree is not important, ‘Inspiring Women into Audit’ offers a unique opportunity to explore how PwC empowers women in their audit business.

Bright Network will kick off the series with a preparatory session on Wednesday 23 September to ensure you’re ready to make the most of the upcoming PwC events. This will be followed by three further virtual sessions, all delivered by PwC recruiters and audit ambassadors.

The sessions will cover:

Wednesday 23 September from 3:30-5:30pm - Pre-series upskilling session - Imposter Syndrome and Managing You: Thriving Early in Your Career with Bright Network

Wednesday 30 September from 3:30-5:30pm - Session 1 - An introduction to PwC and discover audit session

Thursday 8 October from 3:30-5:30pm - Session 2 - Audit ‘give it a go’ session

Thursday 15 October from 3:30-5:30pm - Session 3 - Building confidence in the selection process

You must attend all three virtual sessions hosted by PwC (taking place on 30 September, 8 and 15 October). If you successfully attend all three sessions in full, you will receive a digital certification and a social media post template you can use to share your achievement with your network.
