Join AbbVie’s Early Talent Programme

Are you an ambitious early career professional ready to make a difference?

AbbVie’s R&D Medical Early Talent Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across our Medical UK business, where you’ll rotate through different teams in various business areas such as Medical Operations, Patient Safety, Medical Information and Medical Affairs.

You’ll be joining us on a 2-year fixed term contract through our third-party partners SRG, starting September 2027. The programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge, and prepare you for a successful medical career in AbbVie.

Programme highlights

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients’ lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of medical functions and will work alongside other areas of the business such as Commercial and Regulatory Affairs.

What you'll need:

  • A degree (STEM subject) or equivalent experience where you can demonstrate core scientific medical knowledge 
  • A full UK driving licence by the start of the programme in September 2027
  • Full UK Right to Work for the duration of the programme.

Location:

Must be able to commute to our Maidenhead Office.

Please note that flexibility regarding location may be required as part of in-field medical rotation.
