Our Regulatory Affairs Early Talent programme offers two 12-month rotations across Europe Area and UK Affiliate regulatory affairs and will be part of an innovative organisation with a career focused culture. You will gain broad experience across Regulatory Affairs to understand just what goes into drug development and licensing in Europe through a tailored programme of hands-on experiences, training and mentoring from AbbVie leaders.
You'll join us in September 2027 on a two-year fixed-term contract, employed through our third-party recruitment partner, SRG. The programme is designed to accelerate your development, build your industry knowledge and prepare you for a successful career in Regulatory Affairs at AbbVie.
Programme highlights
You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, making a real impact on patients’ lives and gaining exposure to a wide range of regulatory functions (Affiliate, Area, Global) and will work alongside other areas of the business such as Commercial, HTA, Clinical and Medical.
In your journey, you will:
- Be part of the AbbVie Therapeutics business focused on innovative medicines across immunology, oncology, neuroscience and other areas of unmet need
- Rotate across key Regulatory Affairs areas in Europe Area and UK Affiliate regulatory affairs tailored to build expertise and skills at both regional and country level
- Build a practical understanding of the drug development process and the role Regulatory Affairs plays in helping medicines reach patients
- Develop your strategic thinking and leadership capabilities as well as an enterprise mindset with hands-on learning about how regulatory interacts with other parts of the business
- Be provided multiple projects and opportunities to develop

- A degree in life sciences of related discipline
