The Antenna Delivery team sits within the Digital Payload division of Airbus Defence and Space, where we focus on developing sub-systems and equipment for communications satellites. As a team, we manage multi-million pound projects from start to finish, overseeing every aspect—from design and production to testing and final delivery—to ensure we meet our customers’ exacting standards.
Our team of professionals span Project Management, Operations, and PMO, and lead multi-disciplinary teams. They manage schedules, risks and opportunities, and costs.
Our work is global: We help to deliver satellite programmes that perform optimally, enabling worldwide connectivity and supporting critical ground services.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end management of aerospace projects, helping to enable connectivity from space. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the project management team in day-to-day coordination, including tracking project scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Contributing to the preparation of customer-facing reviews and essential project communications.
- Developing a foundational understanding of project management principles, risk management, and supply chain coordination within an aerospace context.
- Collaborating effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to drive project progress.
- Utilizing industry-standard tools (including Google Suite and Microsoft Office) to prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation.

- Teamwork, communication and stakeholder management skills.
This Job Request will be allocated to the projected Joint-Venture scope towards a leading European player in space.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: You will be subject to a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check. You may also need to gain UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control, depending on the role.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
