The role
We are looking for a Trainee Claims Advisors to join our team, based out of our Colchester office on a hybrid basis.
You’ll be responsible for assessing and progressing legal expenses claims while supporting customers throughout the process. This includes:
- Reviewing and assessing new legal expenses claims
- Determining whether claims fall within policy coverage
- Liaising with solicitors to monitor claim progress
- Providing clear, supportive customer updates by phone and email
- Managing and progressing your own caseload
- Ensuring claims are handled efficiently and fairly
About you
Whether you’re a recent graduate (law degree or otherwise), currently in a trainee or junior role, or have experience in claims, insurance, or customer service, if you bring strong communication skills and resilience, we’d love to hear from you.
