The roles
Our AI Business Analyst roles are based in Bristol and Norwich. You may need to be flexible on location and willing to relocate if needed. We believe some of the best collaboration, learning, and relationship building happens when people come together in-person. That's why our colleagues spend around 50% or more of their working time in the office. We call this Smart Working. For most colleagues, that means spending around three days a week in the office and the rest working from home, although this varies by role and team.
AI Business Analyst (Bristol, Norwich): you'll help turn AI opportunities into real-world solutions that make a difference for our customers and colleagues. Working with teams across Aviva, you'll explore business challenges, identify where AI can add value and help shape practical solutions to meet real needs. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, you'll bring together people, ideas and data to ensure AI solutions are effective, trusted and deliver meaningful outcomes. If you're curious, enjoy solving problems and are excited by the potential of AI, this could be the role for you.
