The opportunity

Big strategic thinking sits at the heart of our Business Management pathway. Whether it's driving change, strengthening our brand, supporting business performance or helping manage risk, you'll work on projects that make a real impact across Aviva.

You'll collaborate with colleagues from across the business, bringing together insights, ideas and different perspectives to solve problems and uncover opportunities. From shaping strategy and influencing decisions to improving processes and delivering transformation, no two days are the same. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to different parts of Aviva, building a broad understanding of how a large organisation operates and succeeds.

If you're curious, adaptable and enjoy seeing the bigger picture, Business Management could be the perfect fit.

Whatever path you choose, you'll work on live projects, learn from experienced colleagues and help deliver even better experiences for millions of customers.

“I’m always amazed by how willing people are to give their time and support, and that really sums up the culture at Aviva for me. Everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable, which makes it a warm and welcoming place to work.”

The roles

Our Customer Change & Transformation roles are based in Bristol, Leeds, London, Norwich, and York. You may need to be flexible on location and willing to relocate if needed. We believe some of the best collaboration, learning, and relationship building happens when people come together in-person. That's why our colleagues spend around 50% or more of their working time in the office. We call this Smart Working. For most colleagues, that means spending around three days a week in the office and the rest working from home, although this varies by role and team.

Customer Change & Transformation (Bristol, London, Norwich, York) - you'll be involved in changes that make a real difference for our customers and colleagues. Working on projects across the business, you'll help improve processes, products and ways of working, making Aviva simpler, smarter and more efficient. Whether that's supporting the rollout of new technology, improving customer journeys or helping teams embrace new ways of working, you'll bring people together to turn ideas into action. If you're curious, organised and enjoy solving problems, you'll play an important role in delivering change that creates better outcomes for millions of customers.

But we're not just here to solve today's challenges. We’re also investing in technology, data and AI to transform the way we work and deliver even better experiences for our customers.

For you, that means the opportunity to be part of a business that's constantly evolving, bringing fresh ideas to life and making a real difference to millions of people every day.
