What is the Discover Bank of America Coaching Series?
We're delighted to be running this initiative with Bright Network for the second year running, where you'll be offered the chance to gain new skills, knowledge and most importantly, the confidence to realise your potential and start a successful career.
The Discover Bank of America Coaching Series is a set of interactive webinars, each designed to give you the insights, advice and skills to support you in your starting your career journey in the banking sector.
There will be two sessions running fortnightly and you are strongly encouraged to attend both sessions to ensure you get the most from the series.
Who is this for?
The Coaching Series is for undergraduates who are looking to improve their commercial awareness, sector knowledge and set themselves up for success during the application process.
You also need to be over the age of 18 and either be planning on attending, or currently at a UK university.
Programme Structure:
There will be two sessions to join, covering the following topics:

How do I apply?
To join the programme please click ‘Apply’ below, thats it! There are no registration or application forms. There are no written application questions or any other qualitative assessments you need to complete.
Once you have registered for the programme you will receive the details of how to access the webinars and materials.

What is the application process?
To register just click the 'Apply' button below, and thats it! We have no additional questions for you to answer, you'll see a small notification that says you've applied, so nothing else is needed from you at this stage. You'll know if you have been successful, as you'll receive an email from us confirming next steps shortly after applying.
Do I need to join all sessions?
We strongly encourage you to attend one of each of two sessions to make the most of what the programme has to offer. You don't need to attend multiple sessions which cover the same content, but you are welcome to join any session if you'd like the opportunity to ask more questions.
I can't make the session dates, how do I participate?
Yes absolutely, we'd still welcome you to join. We will record the session and can send you a video to watch and catch up afterwards. You don't need to ask us for this - we will provide the recording in our follow up emails, so watch out for these.
How do I join the webinars?
The webinars will be delivered over Microsoft Teams. When you register you'll be sent the details to be able to join the sessions.
Please note that we'll be using the same Teams link for each session - but we will remind you over email of these details so you have them to hand.
