Founded in 2011 in Sweden, the Barnebys platform connects a growing number of over 2,000 Auction Houses with more than 4 million potential buyers every month. We currently have operations in Sweden, USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Intern to join our London based Commercial Team on a 6-month paid placement. The Commercial Team is responsible for securing and expanding advertising partnerships with leading auction houses around the world. Playing a leading role in driving revenue growth for the Barnebys Group.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboarding New Clients
- Monitoring client performance via our in-house analytics tools
- Researching upcoming auctions to identify potential advertising opportunities
- Shadowing our Senior Customer Success Team on Client Review Meetings
- Presenting potential advertising opportunities to clients
- Writing advertising proposals & Order Confirmation Agreements
- Booking & Coordinating advertising bookings internally
- Securing marketing package renewals
Who you are
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from January-June 2023
- To be able to work from our London, Shoreditch office at least 3 days per week
- An understanding of the digital marketing landscape
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to try new ideas in order to achieve greater levels of success
- Self-motivated, persistent and goal-oriented attitude and can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- Proficiency with the G-Suite including in-depth knowledge of Docs, Sheets and Slides with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
- Fluency in English with 2nd language preferable
This internship will give you a broad and in-depth understanding of the skills required to be successful at Barnebys - from sales support, securing marketing packages and managing successful client relationships.
