Our graduate roles span across our business including FM and local government contracts, including hospitals, universities and schools, private and public buildings and highways as well as specialist engineering activities in data centres and life science facilities.

Our Programme

Bouygues Energies & Services offer a structured finance graduate scheme where you would benefit from rotating across different projects and departments. The rotational placements enable our graduates to develop their skills and to experience different areas of our company, before deciding on their chosen specialism.

The graduate programme duration is 24 months and finance graduates typically complete 2 placements across different contract and project sites.

Candidates must be prepared to be geographically flexible as each 12-month placement may require site travel to different Nationwide locations, with major hubs in London, Bristol, the Northwest, Edinburgh, Surrey and Kent. At the same time as working, you will also be working towards gaining a finance qualification.

About You

  • A degree in a numerical discipline (e.g. Maths, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Physics, Engineering) OR a strong grade in Maths at A-level, along with a degree in any other discipline
  • Strong communication skills and good level of organisation
