This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and develop, loves working on a variety of projects and craves a collaborative culture.

Why you’ll love it here

At Brio, we’re all about inspiring healthy lifestyles and helping people feel good. We’ve got a friendly, down-to-earth team and a vibrant, creative atmosphere, and we’re proud of the work we do.

  • Support the full creative process - from research to initial concepts and layouts to artwork and print production.
  • Work closely with our Creative Lead and other colleagues across Brio to understand design briefs and goals.
  • Make sure everything you create looks and feels like Brio.
  • Adapt artwork for different formats, platforms and audiences.
  • Support internal communications with assets for signage, presentations, and wayfinding.
  • Organise files using agreed naming conventions and storage systems (e.g., shared drives, Figma etc).
  • Help us keep things fresh by staying on top of creative, marketing and design trends.
  • Carry out other relevant duties as needed within the marketing team.

What we’re looking for

We’re not expecting you to know everything, but you’ll need:

  • Strong design skills, with a good handle on layout, typography and colour.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with an interest in or experience using Premiere Pro. (After Effects is a bonus!)
  • Experience using Figma and/or other digital design tools.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for making things look great and work well.
  • The ability to manage your time, handle feedback, and juggle multiple projects.
  • An understanding of how creative content works across different channels (print, web, social and digital platforms).

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with animation (but it’s not essential!).
  • A portfolio that shows off you creativity and versatility.
