Cerberus is currently seeking to hire a UK full-time Summer Intern to join their Real Estate Debt Fund team based in the London office from 1 July 2024 through 9 August 2024.
Key job responsibilities
- The role is in the Cerberus Real Estate Debt Fund (“CREDF”)
- There are 5 European members of CREDF: 4 in London and 1 in Frankfurt.
- First raised in 2020, CREDF invests in real estate debt by providing loans to clients secured on commercial real estate.
- We lend on stabilised and transitional assets as well as construction projects. We have loans on office, student housing, logistics and co-livings assets.
- The role involves screening new lending opportunities to understand the real estate, business plan and sponsor strategy.
- The candidate will be exposed to a large number of opportunities allowing them to learn about different asset classes and jurisdictions.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Would suit candidates studying quantitative subjects and with an interest in real estate and / or real estate lending
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, highly analytical and logical mind-set
- Strong organizational skills

Eligibility
Eligible Students should be
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme and have completed at least one (1) year
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (this role does not offer any form of sponsorship)
