What could I be involved in as a Human Resources fast streamer?
Working with senior leaders at the heart of HR strategy and operational delivery you’ll experience different working environments and cultures, departments and regions. It’s fast-paced work, often influenced by national and world events. You’ll have the opportunity to influence policy and build a portfolio of professional skills in areas like HR business partnering, diversity and inclusion, talent management and capability building. And you’ll make a valuable contribution to the way the Civil Service does business, by looking after the diverse individuals who make up our workforce across the UK.
Training includes
As well as studying for a Human Resources qualification, your professional development will include gaining CIPD accreditation, with support to study towards a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. The Fast Stream core curriculum includes practical and leadership skills training, with access to a range of courses and learning tools. You’ll also benefit from study leave, mentorship, job shadowing and networking opportunities.
