During your two-month internship
- participate fully in practice;
- you are guided by a mentor and a buddy;
- you work on real files.
Activities include
- drafting notes, advice, and correspondence;
- conducting legal research;
- attending meetings and sessions;
- translating legal documents.
In addition, you can participate in training through the Clifford Chance Academy and in social events within the office. This way, you get a complete picture of both the work and the culture.
What we offer
- internship allowance of €1,000 per month;
- reimbursement of lunch expenses;
- travel allowance (public transport, 2nd class, insofar as not covered by student travel product).
Antitrust & Trade
Within this product group, we advise clients on complex competition and trade law issues in an international context. Examples include merger control, cartel investigations, market and enforcement investigations, state aid, foreign investment screening, sanctions, export controls, and compliance.
You contribute to cases with a clear strategic component, where legal precision, commercial sensitivity, and insight into supervision and regulations come together. The practice is international and often cross-border, with clients from diverse sectors.
Our teams work closely with colleagues from other product groups, including Corporate, Disputes, and Finance, to assist clients with complex transactions, investigations, and investment issues.
