What can I expect on the programme?

Our Marketing team are in the driving seat of the business, building the strategies and visions that shape the future of our brands. Combining consumer insights, creativity and commercial thinking, the team helps drive growth across some of the UK's leading food and drink brands.

You'll gain hands-on experience as a Junior Brand Manager, developing the skills needed to become a future marketing leader.

During the programme, you'll complete two 12-month rotations across different categories, giving you the opportunity to work on a range of brands, broaden your marketing experience and develop a deep understanding of Danone's business. 

Along the way, you'll strengthen your communication, project management and commercial skills while working with teams across the organisation.

What will you do day-to-day?

  • Analyse brand, category and market performance data to identify insights and opportunities that support growth.
  • Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, content and brand activation plans.
  • Contribute to innovation projects, helping bring new products and ideas to market.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Category, Finance, Digital and Global Marketing teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Present recommendations and insights clearly, helping turn data and consumer understanding into actions that grow our brands.
