Key responsibilities
- Data Management: Perform data entry and updates in Workday and VI systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Inbox Support: Monitor and respond to various Talent team shared inboxes, responding to or escalating issues as needed.
- Employment Processes: Support pre- and post-employment processes, including background and conflicts check processing, exit interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Invoice & Agreement Processing: Process invoices and vendor agreements in compliance with firm policies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to all Talent departments, including document preparation, record maintenance, and logistics for various programs.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee and candidate information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Experience
- 0-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a client service capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience working in a global or EMEA-focused role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Interest or experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Professional Development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Workday, VI or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
