We connect human experience with agentic and technological advancement in an ever-changing world and create the conditions for successful transformation, empowering people to thrive in a new reality.

HR Strategy & Transformation (Advisory): The future of HR demands major shifts in mindset, roles, capabilities and digital enablers, with reinvention at the core. We empower the HR function through end-to-end solutions spanning strategy, design, implementation and operations. Our HR Strategy & Transformation Advisory teams work across public, financial and private sectors and employee experience; these teams look to transform HR functions and explores people-focused tech and end-to-end employee experience, collaborating closely with our colleagues in HR Applications, who work directly with the largest Cloud software technologies in the market (Oracle, SAP, Workday) and emerging technologies. Organisation & Workforce
Transformation: Globally, organisations across public, financial and private sectors face significant external forces, from sustainability and climate to emerging technologies. Organisation & Workforce Transformation interrogates how best to align an organisation’s operating model, structure, talent, leadership, and culture, with a business strategy that addresses these external forces. We work with organisations to deliver true transformation and sustain it over time, and collaborate across the Deloitte network to make work better for humans, and humans better at work.
Major Programmes: Today, organisations across all sectors face unprecedented economic, environmental and societal change. Meeting these challenges requires investment in transformation and future-facing infrastructure but, due to their inherent complexity, many of these investments never deliver the required benefits. Deloitte Major Programmes specialises in the design, mobilisation, delivery and recovery of high-investment, high-impact transformation and infrastructure programmes. We draw on expertise from across Deloitte to put people at the heart of our clients' most challenging initiatives.
