Deloitte is delighted to be running the Discover Your Deloitte programme for a third year. We recognise that women are under-represented in Audit and in the wider Professional Services Sector. To address this challenge, our programme is designed to give students the chance to gain new skills, knowledge and most importantly, the confidence to realise their potential and start a successful audit career.
What is Discover Your Deloitte?
Discover Your Deloitte is an intensive coaching programme designed to:
- Debunk and demystify industry stereotypes and jargon, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to break industry barriers
- Provide access to a safe space for you to ask any questions that you might not want to ask Deloitte directly - there are no silly questions
- Helping you to feel more confident stepping into the professional services world for the first time

Joining the Coaching Programme, you'll be provided with unique insights to make the most of your application with Deloitte, as well as be provided early access to apply before their roles re-open to anyone else.
What will the programme cover?
Discover Your Deloitte is comprised of the following recorded sessions:
Discover Deloitte
- Built for those with no prior knowledge of Deloitte and the wider Professional Services/Consulting sector
- An overview of the pathways, divisions & roles available at Deloitte
- An introduction to Deloitte’s values & commitments
- A safe space to answer perceived ‘silly questions’
Reaching your potential
- Designed to build your confidence in tackling Deloitte's assessment processes
- An introduction to skills needed for the modern workplace, including commercial awareness, managing imposter syndrome and identifying transferable skills
- A deep-dive into Deloitte's assessments
Should you be successful in your initial assessment stages, you'll also be invited to join the Final Stage Assessment session below:

- An overview of final stage assessments and a discussion exercise
- How to prepare for success
- An introduction to different interview techniques
- An opportunity for questions
Who’s it for?
The programme is designed to support women who are interested in pursuing a career in Audit.
You also need to be in your final year or have recently graduated and available to begin a graduate programme with Deloitte in 2027.
If you don't meet the required criteria for this initiative, Deloitte would still welcome your application to their programmes directly.
When does the programme run?
The programme will be running from August and into Autumn. You'll don't need to attend all sessions below - the minimum we'd recommend is attending one Discover Your Deloitte and one Reaching Your Potential session. These sessions are scheduled on the following dates:

- 13th August: Reaching Your Potential
- 19th August: Discover Your Deloitte
- 20th August: Reaching Your Potential
- 26th August: Discover Your Deloitte
- 27th August: Reaching Your Potential
- 2nd September: Discover Your Deloitte
- 9th September: Reaching Your Potential
- 16th September: Discover Your Deloitte
- 23rd September: Reaching Your Potential
- 30th September: Discover Your Deloitte
- 8th August: Reaching Your Potential
We would strongly advise attending the sessions as early as you can, as you'll also be eligible to receive early access to their Audit Graduate Programme application process when this opens.
How will the programme work?
To join the programme please click ‘Apply’ below which will register you onto the scheme. There are no written application questions or any other qualitative assessments you need to complete.
Once you have been accepted onto Discover Your Deloitte you will receive the details of how to access the coaching webinars and materials as well as a unique application URL to use to apply to Deloitte directly (please do not apply directly to Deloitte).
