Programme overview
On the Financial Restructuring Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping businesses find solutions to their toughest challenges and make decisions about their future. Working in high-performing teams, you’ll use technology and data to deliver analysis, judgement and powerful insights. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build your potential while making a real impact on clients and wider society. Along the way, you’ll achieve a globally recognised qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) for UK & Ireland or ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB) for Financial Services.

What you will be doing
- Solve critical business challenges by analysing performance, understanding key issues and assessing options to protect value.
- Support businesses through restructuring and insolvency processes, taking on a range of responsibilities to deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders.
- Support your team with project management, proposals, business development activities and key deliverables across a variety of different projects, businesses and sectors.
- Develop your skills through hands-on experience, coaching and formal learning.
Eligibility for applying
You will need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.

We have completed several studies on academic attainment at A-level (or equivalents), candidate performance in the online assessments in the EY recruitment process, and how that predicts future performance at EY.
