Shape future mobility and reward programmes, building trust in global businesses.
Programme overview
On the Integrated Workforce Mobility Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping clients place the right people in the right place at the right time to grow globally and develop key talent while building trust. You’ll work in high-performing global teams, advising on managing and rewarding a mobile workforce, using your judgement to deliver insights and impact for their businesses. Along the way, you’ll study for a professional qualification with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT)
Core skills for success
- Collaboration - thrive in inclusive teams and build relationships across the EY network to bring a global perspective to the work you do for your clients to strengthen outcomes.
- Analytical thinking - use data, technology, professional expertise and judgement to deliver insights others can rely on.
- Curiosity and motivation - develop your potential by continuously learning and adapting to change.
- Integrity - act with confidence and accountability to become a trusted adviser and protect trust in business and society.
What you will be doing
- Help clients and their employees to make the most of an international assignment, relocation or work experience. Change their perception of the world, their career and the possibilities that are open to them, their families and the societies where they will live and work.
- Implement and operate technology and data platforms to help clients identify, manage and comply with the tax, payroll, immigration and other risks arising from their global mobility programmes and cross-border remote workforce.
- Work on client engagements that help build trust and confidence in the reporting of pay, benefits and the reward packages they deliver to their people.
- Develop your skills through hands‑on experience and coaching to become a leader of the future, while helping organisations evolve their compensation packages to attract, retain, motivate and excite the right people, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility for applying
You will need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
While we welcome applications from candidates of all academic backgrounds, we are looking to recruit individuals who will succeed at EY in the role and future qualifications. We have completed several studies on academic attainment at A level (or equivalents), candidate performance in the online assessments in the EY recruitment process, and how that predicts future performance at EY.
Throughout the recruitment process, we therefore assess your suitability for the EY role you have applied to by considering your scores in the online assessments and your academic attainment at A level or equivalent. This approach is designed to ensure our joiners are successful in role and, where relevant, in the achievement of their professional qualifications. It is important to EY, and we have a duty of care which we take very seriously, to ensure our joiners are set up for long-term success.
We are also proud to partner with RARE recruitment, so that your application can be processed in the context of your socio-economic background. This allows us to give you the maximum credit for your achievements, assessing whether you have overachieved in light of your personal circumstances.
