EY is excited to be launching their Shape Your Future at EY event series, hosted by Bright Network.
During these virtual events you'll uncover everything you need to know about a career at EY and have all the insight you need to submit a strong application for one of EY's 2027 programmes.
What is Shape Your Future at EY?
This event series is exclusive to Bright Network members, giving those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds the chance to find out more about the career paths available and upskill to boost preparedness and confidence ahead of applications opening in October.
There are two sessions to attend, each being held across various dates (full list below). By attending both sessions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of EY while also developing the skills and confidence needed to navigate through their recruitment process, and take the next step in your career journey.
Session 1: Explore EY

Who is eligible to take part?
The programme is for students interested in a graduate role, summer internship or placement year with EY (graduating between 2026 and 2029) and designed to support those from lower socio-economic backgrounds and so you must meet the below criteria to be eligible:
- You must not have attended a fee-paying school at any point between the ages of 5 and 16 (unless on a paid scholarship basis); and
You must also meet one or more of the requirements below:
- You were eligible for free school meals (within the UK) at any point between the ages of 5-16
- You have grown up in a household where no parent/guardian attended university
- The occupational classification of your parent(s)/guardian(s) when you were 14 was working class or long-term unemployed (or similar)
