Job description
In this role, you will support Global Advisory teams across industry, functional, and technology domains, gaining hands-on exposure to consulting engagements and business transformation initiatives. You will work alongside consultants and project teams to conduct research, develop insights, and contribute to client deliverables in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Advisory Partners with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
- Assist in conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices
- Contribute to client engagements by supporting analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and documenting findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across industry, technology, data, and AI advisory initiatives
- Support business development efforts through creation of case studies, presentations, and proposal materials
- Develop and enhance client-ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and business insights
- Assist in project tracking activities, including status updates, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Apply consulting methodologies to support delivery of project workstreams and ensure quality outputs
Minimum qualifications / skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in either of the following disciplines: Business Administration/Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
