Training contract
Your training contract will consist of four six-month seats within your chosen sector. You are supported throughout your two-year training contract not only by your supervisor but a dedicated team made up of partners, legal directors and senior associates across our locations and business groups. The team will check in with you at regular intervals and be on hand to provide advice and support along the way. The support our trainees provide each other is also important, as acknowledged by our A* in the peer support category from Legal Cheek.
In addition to your on the job learning, we deliver dedicated development opportunities to enhance your business skills alongside your technical learning.
Our trainees start on £26,000 in northern offices and £37,000 in London.
