Our Lift Off programme offers insight into our practice groups, client relationships, commercial strategy, legal innovation, and assessment process, while securing you an automatic place on a spring or summer vacation scheme assessment day.

For those in their penultimate year and onwards looking to secure a vacation scheme.

  • Gather insights into how we develop relationships with our clients and how we win work
  • Build an understanding of a law firm’s economics and how to develop your commercial awareness
  • Gain insight into how we innovate for our clients through legal case studies
  • Find out more about our assessment process and secure an automatic place on a spring or summer vacation scheme

Please note that if you apply for Lift Off your application will automatically be considered for our spring or summer vacation scheme. There is no need to submit a separate vacation scheme application. 

Am I eligible to apply? 

We look for a minimum of AAB at A’ level (or equivalent) and a 2.1 (predicted or achieved) at degree level.  Lift Off is open to penultimate year students and onwards, who are looking to secure a spring or summer vacation scheme.
