What is Technology Audit at KPMG?
Technology is changing how organisations work at an incredible pace. From AI and robotics to advanced analytics and blockchain, new possibilities are opening up all the time. But fast-moving technology can also create new risks. That’s where our Technology Audit team comes in. We help some of the world’s biggest organisations understand those risks, strengthen their systems and move forward with confidence.

Technology Audit Graduate Programme
You don’t need to be a technical guru to join us. Our graduates come from all kinds of degree backgrounds. If you’re curious, adaptable, pay attention to detail and want to learn how technology shapes business, you can thrive here.
You’ll work alongside colleagues in Financial Audit to explore the IT systems behind an organisation’s key financial processes. You could assess controls, code and system settings, review business applications and technology infrastructure, or look at major technology projects and cyber security risks.
Along the way, you’ll use innovative data and analytics tools, including our smart global audit platform, to help deliver high-quality work. We’ll help you build technology, process and data audit skills, gaining experience with local and global businesses across different industries. By the end of the programme you'll have a strong foundation, allowing you to pursue a variety of different career paths.
Training and benefits
On this programme, you’ll study towards the Certificate in Accounting, Finance and Business (CFAB). This qualification is fully funded by KPMG and supported by an extensive programme of internal training spanning both personal and professional development.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in our offices or at the sites of the organisations we audit. We trust our people to be where they need to be, with our colleagues working together in person as often as needed. Some travel is likely for audit work, and because its seasonal, you should expect there to be busy times of the year.
