  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the firm’s case management system.
  • Delivering an excellent client experience through clear communication and efficient service.

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
  • Pension scheme and life assurance.
  • Access to Perkbox, offering discounts, wellbeing support, and a range of employee benefits.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.
  • The opportunity to build your career within a highly respected Residential Property team.

If you’re looking to take the next step in your legal career and want to be part of a team that values collaboration, client service, and professional development, we’d love to hear from you.
