And as a People Science Graduate, you’ll be at the centre of it all. You’ll bring your genuine curiosity and analytical rigour to improve our ways of working, ultimately delivering better workplaces, better decisions and better outcomes. Alongside developing strong analytical expertise, you'll build the confidence to work with and influence a diverse range of stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive action.
Two years. Lasting impact
Throughout this two-year scheme, you’ll rotate across a range of areas within People & Places – from data and experimentation to product design, strategy and people partnering.

Requirements
What you need to apply
- While we do not require a set minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this will be assessed through the application process.

Locations
This programme operates in various UK regional locations, including Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh.
You’ll apply to one of these regional locations and will be based there for the duration of your programme. We support hybrid working, where you’ll be expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office where you have been placed.
Opening and Closing Date
Applications for our People Science Graduate Scheme open on 10th September. Bristol and Edinburgh applications will close on 25th October and Leeds will close on 8th November.
