What you’ll be doing

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll become an active member of our engineering teams from day one. You’ll work on real projects, contribute to technical solutions, and learn from experienced engineers across a range of disciplines. Our two-year programme is founded on recognised industry standards and features six-month rotations across departments tailored to your interests. You’ll gain practical experience and industry knowledge, plus a mentorship to guide you toward professional development and IET accreditation.

Depending on your placement and specialism, your day-to-day activities may include:

  • Supporting the design, deployment and maintenance of cloud and network infrastructure.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new technologies and services.
  • Working with experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Learning industry best practices for security, automation, governance and operational support.
  • Participating in project meetings and collaborating with teams across the business.
  • Contributing to technical documentation, designs and service improvements.
  • Exploring opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency using modern engineering tools.
  • Building relationships with colleagues, customers and technology partners while developing your professional network.
  • Gain exposure to cloud platforms, networking technologies, automation, security and operational best practices.

What you’ll bring

  • A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Networking, Electronics, Cyber Security, IT etc.) achieved within the last two years.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with proven team working and leadership abilities
  • Self-motivation, able to work on your own initiative and under pressure
  • Practical use of Microsoft Office applications
