  • Be skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving
  • A passion for computer hardware, networks and security
  • The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Demonstrate logical thinking and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a foundational understanding of:
    • computer hardware components and how they interact with each other
    • computer networking concepts
    • computer security
    • operating systems i.e. Windows, Linux
  • You will be on-track to achieve 2:1 or above in an I.T related degree by August 2027
