Overview
We are hiring an Influencer Executive to join the Creative / Social team at Leo Burnett Group. This is a brilliant opportunity to help shape influencer and creator campaigns for ambitious brands, supporting work that is culturally relevant, creatively sharp, and effective in the real world. You’ll be part of a growing social team with a clear focus on craft, curiosity, and collaboration. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Support the planning, set-up, and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns across social platforms.
- Research and identify relevant creators who align with campaign objectives, audiences, brand needs, and platform behaviour.
- Help coordinate influencer outreach, availability checks, briefing materials, and day-to-day communications.
- Support contracting and administration by tracking paperwork, agreements, approvals, and signed documents.
- Assist with vendor set-up, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and accurate financial documentation.
- Keep campaign timelines, trackers, deliverables, approvals, and content requirements organised and up to date.
- Support content reviews to help ensure creator work aligns with briefs, brand guidelines, and disclosure requirements.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep details moving accurately.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working with creators, agencies, and internal teams.
- A collaborative approach, with an interest in working closely with influencer, creative, social, and client teams.
- Good prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and respond thoughtfully when priorities change.
- An interest in campaign performance, including engagement, results, and what makes content work well.
- A strong understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and emerging trends across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Some experience or exposure to influencer marketing, social media, PR, talent management, or campaign delivery, including internships, placements, or equivalent experience.
