This flagship Early Careers event has been designed to help ambitious students build their commercial awareness, strengthen their employability skills, and learn more about the exciting career opportunities available within banking.

Whether you already have a clear career path in mind or are simply curious about the industry, this event will give you the opportunity to hear directly from professionals across our business, grow your professional network, and gain valuable insights to support your future career journey.

Attendance Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

  • Be a university student in your 2nd or 3rd year of university or will graduate/have graduated between 2025 - 2027
  • Be studying any degree discipline.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be available to attend the full event in person at 100 Liverpool Street, London on 26 August 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
