Via East Midlands are currently seeking a newly qualified Project Manager - Construction Delivery to join our Construction Delivery team based out of our Head Office in Bilsthorpe Nottinghamshire.

What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery of highway drainage and civil engineering projects, meeting programme, cost, quality, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Assist in managing project requirements, changes, risks, and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project communication and stakeholder engagement, helping maintain confidence and a positive company reputation.
  • Prepare and produce contract documentation to support project delivery.
  • Work with internal and external teams to monitor progress and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Construction and Commercial teams to improve workflow efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Provide design, technical, and cost support to colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.

What we’re seeking

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, project management software, and data management systems.
  • Developing project management skills with highway or civil engineering knowledge.
  • Awareness of project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience working with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of contract preparation and management, with an interest in developing these skills further.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
