We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our Fleet Corporate Services team as a Corporate Customer Success Undergraduate where you will support corporate fleet customers throughout the contract lifecycle, from quotations and orders through to in-life queries and end-of-contract activity. This is a customer-focused, fast-paced role where you will work with Fleet Sales, Account Managers, retailers, suppliers and wider VWFS teams to deliver great service and spot business opportunities. What will you be doing?
- Support customers with quotations, orders, deliveries and in-life contract queries.
- Generate quotations, prepare sales proposals and progress signed orders within strict SLAs.
- Liaise with retailers, brands and multi-marque manufacturers to obtain customer quotations.
- Support bespoke customer requirements such as vehicle conversions, sign writing and non-standard products.
- Help manage customer dissatisfaction and end-of-contract disputes to maintain strong relationships.
- Provide reporting, rate books and tender documentation to support new business.
- Work with Fleet Sales and Account Management teams and attend customer-facing opportunities where appropriate.
- Review processes and identify potential improvements.

What our recruitment process looks like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
