- Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

We have two Marketing Undergraduate opportunities, one focused on Product Marketing and one focused on Digital Marketing, both working across different areas of the Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a future marketing professional to support communications, digital marketing, reporting and asset review activity, while helping promote our finance and aftersales products.
Marketing Undergraduate - Product Marketing
What will you be doing?
- Create clear and concise briefs for marketing jobs, project managing these through content creation, proofreading and stakeholder approval.
- Support the Marketing Managers in the delivery of brand and product materials.
- Prepare retailer-facing communications and customer-facing content, including website and point of sale copy, managing the approval process through to publication.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver accurate reporting and present insights back to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Brand contacts to support tasks from campaign reporting to presenting at meetings.
Marketing Undergraduate - Digital Marketing
What will you be doing?
- Create clear and concise briefs for marketing jobs, project managing these through content creation, proofreading and stakeholder approval.
- Support with online journeys and channels, online advertising and website management to help ensure VWFS puts its best foot forward on digital platforms.
- Support user experience analysis, search engine optimisation activity, social and paid media campaign delivery, website content updates and reporting.
- Use analytics tools to review campaign and website performance and provide recommendations to improve the customer journey.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Brand contacts to support tasks from campaign reporting to presenting at meetings.
Please note: Although the roles differ slightly in focus, both roles will include activity across all responsibilities. This role is not suitable for someone looking to gain experience creating or designing assets or content, as design work is outsourced to a creative agency.

What our recruitment process looks like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
