We’re looking for an undergraduate to join our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office as a Project & Business Operations Undergraduate where you will gain hands-on experience supporting real project and portfolio activity across VWFS. You will help with reporting, planning, governance administration, portfolio tools and project activities while building analytical and stakeholder management skills. What will you be doing?
- Provide analysis and management information on project performance.
- Manage EPMO and Daptiv mailboxes, routing and responding to queries appropriately.
- Support timesheet approvals and related queries.
- Maintain accurate information in the PPM tool and support users where required.
- Support Quarterly Planning by creating communications, preparing reports, scheduling meetings and facilitating event activity.
- Support monthly reporting, financial movement analysis and data reconciliation across systems.
- Manage version control of documents and approve access requests for company drives.
- Build relationships across functions to improve and maintain data quality.
- Support programmes with Steering Committee documentation and ad hoc project tasks where applicable.

What our recruitment process looks like
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.
Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
