Ready to turn your numerate or analytical degree into a successful career in Finance?

Whether your background is in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Sciences or another analytical discipline, our Finance Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to build valuable experience across a FTSE 100 business and develop the foundations for a successful and rewarding career in Finance.

Through three varied rotations across three years in our Finance function, you’ll gain hands-on experience in meaningful roles. Rotations may include areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Property Finance, Internal Controls, Tax and many more. You’ll build your analytical and commercial skills and see how Finance supports decision-making across our business. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to contribute, ask questions, build relationships and use data and insight to make a real impact.

Alongside your rotations, we'll support you in working towards a professional accounting qualification, with the opportunity to study CIMA, ACCA or ACA. You’ll also benefit from mentoring, leadership development and peer support, while becoming part of a welcoming graduate community where you can share experiences, develop your network and grow in confidence together.

Based at our Dunstable Support Centre with hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office, you’ll join Whitbread, the name behind Premier Inn, at an exciting time of growth in the UK and internationally. It’s an opportunity to gain broad experience, learn from colleagues across the business and understand where your strengths and ambitions could take you.

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, analytical and keen to learn, with strong communication and relationship-building skills and an enthusiasm for solving problems and turning data into business decisions.

If you’re ready to develop your skills, gain a professional qualification and start building a rewarding career in Finance, join us in September 2027 and help shape the future of Finance at Whitbread.
