What is Internship Experience UK (IEUK)?
Internship Experience UK or IEUK is a four-day virtual internship programme (17th - 20th June) which takes place every summer with a new programme each year. Designed to have the most value for university students, IEUK is an immersive programme packed with valuable insights and opportunities to help you navigate your career path. Whether you're unsure what sector to pursue, curious about specific industries, or seeking practical skills to stand out to employers, IEUK empowers you to explore diverse career possibilities and gain a competitive edge post-graduation.
So far, over 150,000+ students and graduates have taken part and reaped the rewards of spending a few days of their summer with the world’s top employers. Over 10,000 of them have even secured roles with the firms they met on the experience.

Who is Internship Experience UK for?
IEUK is open to all students and recent graduates (18+) but is particularly relevant for current university students. All you need to take part is a Bright Network membership, which is completely free.
You don’t need any previous experience - this is a chance for you to learn about different sectors and gain clarity over what roles suit you.
If you’re under 18 you won't be able to join the live experience. But don’t worry, you can still gain insights through On-Demand. Head to our IEUK On Demand page to learn more.

How does it work?
Get a chance to dig deeper into your chosen sector through a series of sector specialist talks, skill sessions, employer networking, panel discussions and more. You’ll also get a taste of what it’s like to work in the sector by completing a work sample provided by our employer partners.
There has been a sharp increase in the number of students expecting to start a role post university. Over 67% of our members intend on starting a graduate job. Knowing the options available for your degree is crucial to begin your search. At IEUK, you can connect and learn from several employers across 4 different streams to help you explore your options and find a role or sector that match your professional goals.
